Today, Tracey continues to drive innovation, ensure excellence, and empower educators and students to succeed. Her diverse expertise fuels her advocacy for the role of technology in advancing education. Under Tracey’s leadership, RethinkEd is pioneering EdTech solutions that put personalized, equitable instruction and insights into the hands of those striving to help all children thrive.


Erin Hornbeck

Director of Product and Integrations RethinkEd

Erin Hornbeck is an experienced people leader offering a decade of specialized experiences in EdTech and Public Education, particularly in MTSS implementation and product initiatives and an in-depth understanding of educational ecosystems. Erin uses a user-first approach to create products that resonate deeply with educators and students and guides multi-disciplinary teams towards delivering advanced solutions, setting new benchmarks for educational excellence and usability.

Prior to her career at RethinkEd, Erin delivered expert leadership in district-wide MTSS implementation through coaching, consulting, and facilitating integrations of evidenced-based strategies to build a sustainable MTSS system within her district. Today, Erin helps to guide the educational product vision and direction, ensuring RethinkEd’s products adhere to district’s needs.
